The Easter bunny is always good to the kids.

Jessika loves coloring eggs.

Easter Egg Hunt . . .

Ready, set, hunt.

The kids found a lot of yummy treats.

We love Easter egg hunts at our house. Taylor hid all the treats this year and the kids had a really good time.

Fun on St. Patrick's Day . . .

We have a really fun tradition in our home to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. We had a fun green breakfast with lime yogurt, muffins, green grapes, lime drink, etc. and dressed up in green clothes and took a lot of pictures and video's. This year, St. Patrick's Day fell on a Saturday so all the kids were home from school. We sure have a lot of fun at our home.

Hugs and Kisses on Valentine's Day . . .

McKay and Faith were both home on Valentine's Day with high fevers, but they still wanted to dress up in red and pink clothes and take pictures, something we do every year.

Love my handsome boy McKay.

Love my pretty little Faith.

Say cheese McKay.

Say pretty please Faith.

Happy Valentine's Day . . .

McKay was sick on Valentine's Day, but I picked up this large heart from his teacher. She wanted him to stand at the front door and knock. It had a cute saying about a child being a special delivery. It was adorable.

Every year the children make a Valentine's box for school, but McKay was sick all week, so Jessika took his box to school on Monday with all the Valentine's for his classmates and teachers. I then picked up his box after school on Tuesday and he was so excited with all the cards and treats from his friends.

Gifts from the Heart . . .

My dear husband, Steven, sent me these beautiful flowers on Valentine's Day. He was so thoughtful.

They say that every kiss begins with "Kay". Steven bought me this gorgeous open heart necklace from Kay Jewelers. It has both of our birthstones on the open heart. What a beautiful necklace.

I gave a card and candy to Steven and a bag of treats to the kids. The kids also made special cards for Steven and I. They are so sweet.

My sister Lynette made me these delicious cookies for Valentine's Day. She is so sweet.

Happy Valentine's Day Taylor and Jessika . . .

Brynlie Turns Four . . .

My cute great niece Brynlie turned 4 on February 12. I always love going over to see all of my great nieces and nephews for their birthdays. She is such a sweet girl.

The View from the Roof . . .

I love how beautiful the Salt Lake Temple looks on the roof of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building.

My parents look wonderful for 60 years of marriage. I hope they have 60 more. They are special parents and we love them so much. Happy 60 Anniversary.

For my parents 60 anniversary party, we all met at Lynette's house for lunch and a special program for Mom and Dad. Everyone shared memories of Mom and Dad, we put the answers in a book and a heart in a jar. Lynette also made a gorgeous blanket with all of our names on it, plus she made a special book with pictures of all the families. It turned out really nice. We then left the kids and Mom and Dad, Randy and Toni, Brad and Cathy, Lynette and Mark and Steven and I went to the Provo Temple and did sealings together. (We were trying for the Salt Lake Temple, but it happened to be closed that day - Mom and Dad got married in the Salt Lake Temple). Steven was a witness because he couldn't get down, but I got to be a daughter once. After we went to the temple, we all drove up together to the Roof Restaurant.

Celebrating at the Roof Restaurant . . .

Steven and I went to the Roof Restaurant with all my siblings and parents to celebrate my parents 60 wedding anniversary. My parents had their first date on top of the old Hotel Utah which is now the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. We had a wonderful evening.

My Birthday Celebration . . .

My friends, Terri, Norma and Alisa took me to Red Lobster on Friday night to help celebrate my birthday. They brought a lobster over to me and sang happy birthday to me. We had a great dinner and a nice evening.

Here are Alisa and Terri sitting so pretty.

My darling sister Lynette and I at Mimi's on my birthday.

I have the cutest parents ever. They always take me to lunch on my birthday and always end up paying for our meal. They are the most generous, thoughtful parents ever.
