Hugs and Kisses on Valentine's Day . . .

McKay and Faith were both home on Valentine's Day with high fevers, but they still wanted to dress up in red and pink clothes and take pictures, something we do every year.

Love my handsome boy McKay.

Love my pretty little Faith.

Say cheese McKay.

Say pretty please Faith.

Happy Valentine's Day . . .

McKay was sick on Valentine's Day, but I picked up this large heart from his teacher. She wanted him to stand at the front door and knock. It had a cute saying about a child being a special delivery. It was adorable.

Every year the children make a Valentine's box for school, but McKay was sick all week, so Jessika took his box to school on Monday with all the Valentine's for his classmates and teachers. I then picked up his box after school on Tuesday and he was so excited with all the cards and treats from his friends.

Gifts from the Heart . . .

My dear husband, Steven, sent me these beautiful flowers on Valentine's Day. He was so thoughtful.

They say that every kiss begins with "Kay". Steven bought me this gorgeous open heart necklace from Kay Jewelers. It has both of our birthstones on the open heart. What a beautiful necklace.

I gave a card and candy to Steven and a bag of treats to the kids. The kids also made special cards for Steven and I. They are so sweet.

My sister Lynette made me these delicious cookies for Valentine's Day. She is so sweet.

Happy Valentine's Day To My Dear Family and Friends . . .

We had a quiet Valentine's Day this year. It fell on a Sunday and half of my kids were home from church sick so Steven and I had to take turns going to our meetings. I decided to make a fun red dinner with salmon, red potatoes, strawberry salad, etc. Steven and I exchanged cards and candy and gave cards and treats to the kids. McKay enjoyed taking Valentines to friends in the ward and Grandma and Grandpa Pearson.
