McKay's First Day of Kindergarten . . .

McKay was so excited for his first day of kindergarten. He loved wearing his backpack and going off to school.

He is so excited to have Sister Bigelow for his teacher this year. I hope he has a really good year and makes a lot of nice friends. We love McKay so much.

Taylor has Highlights . . .

My niece, Brittany, cut Taylor's hair and gave her some warm highlights. It turned out really well and Taylor loves her new hair style.

Dressing Up Like Daddy . . .

My children enjoyed dressing up in Daddy's suit coat, tie and shoes after church on Sunday. They both looked really cute.

These Two Love Each Other . . .

My youngest children are really good friends and really love each other.

I told both kids to have a serious face without a smile. They did really well.

Taylor Begins 8th Grade . . .

Taylor started back to school on Wednesday, August 25th. She is in the 8th grade at Centennial and was really excited for her first day.

Jessika's First Day of 4th Grade . . .

Jessika is in the 4th grade now and has Mrs. Lynne Harrington as her teacher, she is really excited for 4th grade.

Dance the Night Away . . .

Taylor went to her very first Stake Dance. She looked really pretty and had a wonderful evening.

Our Trip to the Zoo . . .

We had a really fun time at the Hogle Zoo this year. I took my kids and Taylor and Jessika each brought a friend, Emily and Amber.

Faith was amazed at all the animals, etc. She was a good girl all day.

McKay especially loved the carousel and the train. He chose to sit on a grasshopper rather than a lion or bear.

Jessika had a really cute bear on the carousel ride.

All the Fun Zoo Animals . . .

The Tiger at the Zoo was gorgeous. I got a really close up shot of it.

We loved all the animals at the Zoo. They didn't have any bears this year, they were re-doing their habitat.

We Love the Park . . .

I took my kids to the Rock Canyon park, along with Megan and Michael Pearson and my parents. We had a fun time together. Then we all headed over to McDonald's for lunch.

Jessika Turns 10 . . .

We celebrated Jessika's birthday with my parents on Sunday. She turns 10 on Tuesday the 13th. We gave Jessika a movie, but inside was a note and she had to find her other gifts on a scavenger hunt. She thought we were really tricky.

Her cake turned out really nice, it had a cream cheese frosting, with a raspberry filling.

Jessika had fun making a wish and blowing out her candles.

4th of July Barbeque with the Pearson Family . . .

We had a wonderful 4th of July barbeque with my family at the Stake Park on Monday, July 5th. McKay sure enjoyed digging in the dirt.
